In 1892 the stone Glen Arch was built by the Town of Côte St-Antoine
(today’sWestmount), using Trenton limestone from Pointe-Claire. The railway allowed
the town to put the stream underground and construct a paved road to St. Henri.
The CPR owns the arch; Westmount owns the sewers and roadway.
